He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Kamp and Elizabeth Nyland (Schram-Kamp-Kuiper); his stepfathers, Arthur Kuiper and Albert Nyland; his parents-in-law, Charles and Joan Van Dellen (Clausing); his siblings, Jack Kamp (Janet), Shelley Kuiper, Ken Van Dellen (Carol) and Carol Goodwin (Van Dellen); and his son-in-law Edmond Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Van Dellen; his children, Lori Davis (Kamp), Debi Kamp and Dan Kamp (Lauren); his grandchildren, Nick Kamp, Ben McLeskey (Katie), Ashley Hamblin (Wes), Katie Kamp (Christian Sample), Austin Kamp (Lindsey) and Nate McLeskey (Raelynn); his great grandchildren, Vivian, Charlotte and Sonora; and his siblings, Karen Wiebenga (Jack), Ken Kuiper, Dave Kuiper (Brenda), Elaine Van Dellen, Chuck Van Dellen (Julie), Norma Fraser and Mark Goodwin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Cascade Fellowship Christian Reformed Church (6655 Cascade Rd SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49546). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
