He was predeceased by: his wife Geraldine Rose (Newell); his son Scott Irving Rose; and his siblings, Thelma Bird (Leo), Kenneth Rose (Mae), Donna Farrington (Harry) and Evah Baker (John).
He is survived by: his children, Tonya Rose, Alan, Susan Rose, James Rose and Holly Rose; his grandchildren, Sarah, Paul Cohn, Nick, Danielle Rose, Timothy Rose, Kassandra, Justin Monaweck, Stephen Rose and Samuel Rose; and his great grandchildren, Myla, Flynn, Avery and Michael. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
