He is survived by: his children, Mathew Slagter, Jess Griffes (Zackery), Raven Peterson, Tiara Farmer (Alan) and Ty Roy-Wrightsman; his close friend Tina L. Smith; and his stepchildren, Jessie Janiak, Jamie Janiak, Alisha Martinson and Andrew Proctor. He is also survived by three granddaughters; seven step-grandchildren.
