She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Rasch and Pat Rasch. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Stephens; her children, Carinn Hall (Chris), Jodi Wildfong (Kevin) and Jamie Umlor; her stepchildren, Joel Stephens (Kelly), Dan Stephens (Katie) and Alissa Morrison (Matt); her grandchildren, Dylan Wildfong, Michaela Hall, Dani Hall, Royce Wildfong, Maura Stephens, Leo Hall, Elijah Stephens, Nash Stephens, Raife Morrison, Micah Anderson, Mila Stephens and Rowen Morrison; her siblings, Brenda Long (Nate), Bruce Rasch (Peggy Rekucki), Joe Rasch (Mary), Vonnie O'Connor (Jim), Marie Rasch, Marilyn Zemaitis (Mark) and Lisa Sack (Andy); her aunt Bev Rasch; and her uncle Gerald "Bud" Greiner. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to Compassion International, or that Ruth be honored through a simple act of kindness shared with someone in need.
