She was predeceased by: her parents, Meryl Wisebaker and Rosamond Wisebaker; and her sisters, Judith Lavoy and Mary Lydon. She is survived by: her husband Thomas H. Van Tol; her daughter Madison; her son-in-law Craig Armock; her grandsons, Brooks and Louie; her brother Terry Wisebaker (Judy); and her nieces, Mindi Kiefer and April Tucker.
She volunteered at women's health clinics, administered vaccines during the COVID-19 pandemic, and spent decades providing compassionate care to her patients.
