Sandra Zemaitis Obituary

We announce the death of Sandra Zemaitis (Grand Rapids, Michigan), who passed away on July 29, 2026, at the age of 76. Sandra will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Oleson and Ruth Oleson; her former husband James Zemaitis; and her son James C. Zemaitis. She is survived by: her caregiver Sandra; her son Richard Zemaitis; her granddaughter Harper Zemaitis; her siblings, Carl Oleson (Jackie), Sharon Shaw (Don) and Candace Oleson; and her nieces, Kim Guilbeau (Greg), Shannon DeBose (Allen) and Stephanie Sapolski DaBose (Craig). She is also survived by many close friends, some of whom have been friends for over 40 years.
