He is survived by: his pet Siren; his father Frank Moran; his stepmother Judith Moran; his sisters, Julie Fritz (Brian) and Stacey Moran; and his stepsiblings, Pam Nelson and Ryan Coffey (Mary). He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family invites memorial contributions to a charity of one's choice in Scott's memory.
