She is survived by: her children, Andrew John Jr., Sharon Leone and Donna Jean; her friend Mary Sytsma; her grandson Zac; her son Jacob; her cousin Deb Rodenhouse; her friend Mel Wood; her son Bill Burd; her daughter-in-law Joy; her husband William Burd; her children, Robert Velthouse (Becky), Emily Oliver (Mark) and Craig Velthouse (Holly); her stepson Todd Burd (Joy); her grandchildren, Jacob Velthouse, Christian Oliver, Kaylee Oliver, Isabel Saffell, Gavin Burd and Dalton Burd; her siblings, Andy DeVries (Kay) and Donna Vellenga (Curt); and her in-laws, Paul Burd (Karen), Carol Burd and Ruth Ann Gephart (Gene). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
