She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Payton and Margaret Payton (Cooper); her husband John H. Neible; her brothers-in-law, Carson Neible and Jack Drerup; and her great grandchild Mina Grace Hettinga.

She is survived by: her daughters, Kristi Banta (Scott), Rebecca Barsness (Todd), Kim Hettinga (Brian) and Candace Krugman (John); her grandchildren, Nick Banta (Jaime), Katie Brood (Josh), Johnathan Barsness, Matt Banta (Kate), Jordan Banta (Kara), Josh Hettinga (Allie), Drew Barsness, Tim Hettinga (Kelsey), Joe Barsness, Cortney Krugman, Hudson Barsness, Caleb Krugman, Demond Barsness and De'Shawn Barsness; her sisters, Judy Drerup and Sandra Ousley (Dan); and her sister-in-law Sharon Lee Neible. She is also survived by twenty great-grandchildren.
