She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lewis and Mary Jane Lewis; her sister Kimberly Mullins; and her nieces and nephews, Tara, Joey and Samuel Gregory.
She is survived by: her siblings, Kathy, Sam Gregory, Patricia Lewis, Bob Lewis Jr., Renee Gregory, Shannon, Justin Hardiman, Nicole, Norman Cole, Alexis Lewis, Matthew and Emily Fuller; and her brother-in-law Tom Mullins.
