He is survived by : his wife Vicki Cornwell; his stepsons, Cory Deboer (Lindsey) and Bryce Deboer; his mother Dolores Cornwell; and his sisters, Kathleen Whalen (Dennis), Maureen Arnett (Kevin), Patricia Higgins (James), Margaret Dudley (Dennis), Susan Hieshetter (Michael) and Lisa Harbison (Chris). He is also survived by his family and friends.
