He is survived by: his wife Jane Elliott; his daughters, Annie Meyer (Matt) and Emily Blink (Mitch); his grandchildren, Josie and Jack Meyer; his daughters, Ellie and Audrey Blink; his siblings, Marcia Leonard and Jim Warren (Carol); his sisters-in-law, Elizabeth Forbes and Margaret Willman; and his pet Phoebe. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, dear friends.
