Steven Chittenden Obituary
The memory of Steven Chittenden of Grand Rapids, Michigan, who passed away on May 18, 2025 at the age of 64, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Chittenden and Gloria Chittenden; and his sister-in-law Wanda Kok. He is survived by: his wife Sheryl Chittenden (Kok); his children, Laura Chittenden, Cari, Wesley Mayle and Paul Chittenden; his grandchildren, Evangeline and Isaac Mayle; his siblings, Anita (Dan Timm), Dave Chittenden (Yolanda Lee), Mike (Kendra Chittenden), Kim Chittenden, Connie (Eddie Lee) and Mark Chittenden; and his siblings-in-law, Don Kok, Kim, Rod Schutte, Tam and Randy Ritsema. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM. A celebration of life was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Baldwin Street Christian Reformed Church (2101 Baldwin St, Jenison, MI 49428).
