He is survived by: his wife Debra Kemp; his children, Shane Edwards, Chavae Edwards and Le'Debra Kemp; and his siblings, Mary Jo Alber, Sliede (Tim), Susan Kemp (Brian), Charles Kemp (Georgia), Daniel Kemp, Lorna Miller (Dwight) and Gene Alber (Tana). He is also survived by two great‑grandchildren.
