He is survived by: his children, Randy Vander Werp (Chris), Karen Vander Werp and Diane Vander Werp; his sister Margie Yonker; his close friend Sherry Vander Plow; and his friend Max Anderson. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Zaagman Memorial Chapel (2800 Burton St SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49546). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
