She is survived by: her children, Julie Hellem of Grand Haven, Tammy Hellem of Grand Rapids and Ryan Hellem (Andrea) of Allendale; her grandchildren, Marissa Hellem, Alicia Hellem, Nicholas Hellem and Gianna Hellem; her great grandchildren, Lucas Hellem, Kinzley Cole, Daxton Hellem and Liam DenHerder; and her siblings, Dick Slagter (Pat), Gail Postma, Ellen Jones, Paul Slagter (Mary Jo), Leon Slagter (Sandy), Lola Iacovoni (Tom) and Tim Slagter (Krista).
