Susan leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Susan’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Susan will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Arnold and Madeleine Arnold (Hopper); and her sister Cynthia Burchfield (Arnold). She is survived by: her husband Isaac Mantle of Grand Rapids; her children, Rachel Mantle-Douglas and Leeanne VerPlank; and her siblings, Connie Visser (Arnold) and Larry Arnold. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Life Stream Church (6561 Lake Michigan Dr, Allendale, MI 49401).
