She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Hornak and Ann Hornak; her sister Catherine Knoll; her aunt Ila Hornak; her uncle Sam Hornak; her stepaunt Jan Hornak; and her stepsister Cheri Herema.
She is survived by: her nephew Paul Knoll; her stepnieces, Stacy and Sarah; and her cousins, Laurel (Charlie) and Dan (late Judy).
