He was predeceased by: his brothers, Don Hanson and Dan Hanson. He is survived by: his children, Tory, Kris Cole, Chad and Paula Hanson; his great grandchildren, Taylor Cole (Sophie), Logan Cole, Sidney Cole, Parker Cole, Ashley, Andrew Cobb, Chad Hanson, Jr., Helena and Zach Lee (Carson); and his brother Richard (Judy Hanson). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Stroo Funeral Home (1095 68th St SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49508).
Memorial contributions may be made to the family to assist with expenses.
