He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Marinus and Louisa Janna; and his wife Geertruida VanderGraaf. He is survived by: his children, Jack (Carol), Jim (Willem), Mary, Louisa (Bob), Elsa, Yvonne (Herb), Juanita (Jeff) and John (Brenda). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 26 great-children and one-great-great grandchild.
