She is survived by: her friend Theresa; her daughters, Theresa and Rena; her grandchildren, Susan, Steven and Theresa; her children, Susan Campbell (Rich) and Steven Radeck (Lisa Evilsizer); her grandchildren, Jessica Prys (Stephen Blackwell), Melissa VanMalsen (Nate), Rhiannon Rogers (Nate), Joseph Tubergen (Meleah) and Dakota Prys; and her great grandchildren, Carson, Chase, Kobin, Selah, Phillip and Gideon. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
