He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcella Milanowski and Alexander Milanowski; his grandchild Teddy; his siblings, Larry, Paul and Marcy Radecki (Dick); and his brother-in-law Bob Ptak.
He is survived by: his children, Keith Milanowski (Jennifer), Sharon Kimura (Justin) and Judy Milanowski Eveler (Charles); his grandchildren, Elijah, William, Nora, Ellie, Bailey and Emma; his brother Don (Ann); his sister-in-law Catherine; and his niece Mary (Dave Koss). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Equest Center for Therapeutic Riding (https://equestcenter.org), where Tom's brother Larry rode therapeutic horses.
