He is survived by: his wife Mary Hoeksema (Pekelder); his children, Tom Jr. (Stacia), Adam (Coy), Laura and Jenny (Mark); his grandchildren, Taryn, Seth, Shae, Tayva, Kahalah, Wasson, Ra'Kai, Kennadi, Tristin, Aydin, Ashtin, Noelle, Rowan, Piper, Gideon, Kai, Koda, Jovi and Nico; his siblings, Mary Koning (late Harvey) and William Hoeksema (Angie); and his in-laws, Anne, Michael Bruinooge, Ben, Pam Pekelder, Jane, Daniel Ward, Ruth Pekelder and Rick Huizinga. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
