He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen MacDonald and Nancy MacDonald; and his brother Terry MacDonald. He is survived by: his daughters, Jessica Matthews (Luke) and Jennifer (Kory); and his siblings, Timothy MacDonald (Penny), Tammy Achterhof (Brian) and Tanya (Jim).
