He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Hebert and Eileen J. Hebert (Dutmers); his son Thomas Michael Hebert Jr.; and his brothers, William Hebert, Daniel Hebert, John Hebert and Richard Hebert.
He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Jachim (Hebert); his grandson Henrik Jachim; and his siblings, Louis Hebert (Marilyn), Margaret Feuerstein (Dennis), Mary DeWitt (Keith) and Patricia Higgs (Jerry). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
