He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Thomas Daniel Mingledorff, III (Amy) and Catherine Elizabeth Mingledorff; his granddaughter Laura Mingledorff; and his siblings, Eric Mingledorff (Debbie) and Dana Mingledorff (Jim).
