He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Ozinga and Esther Ozinga; his former spouse Claire Ozinga (Heusinkveld); his siblings, James R. Ozinga and Marjorie Van Dyke; his caregiver Phong Hoang; his sons, Timothy Ozinga and Steven Ozinga (Melissa); and his grandchildren, James Ozinga and Sydney Ozinga. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Tom may be made to the Claire Ozinga Memorial Music Fund at Westminster Presbyterian Church.
