He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Evert and Sally VanKuiken (Brill); his aunt Irene; his uncle Bud Brill; his son Charlie; his parents-in-law, Fred and June Nordstrom (Upton); and his brother-in-law Rick Nordstrom.
He is survived by: his wife Mary VanKuiken (Nordstrom); his children, Allison, Christopher and Tom Fredrik; his granddaughter Eleanor; his daughter-in-law Megan; his brother Tim VanKuiken (Lisa); his aunt Janet; his uncle Lee Kihnke; and his sister-in-law Judy Nordstrom Baiers. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
