He is survived by: his mother Virginia Welch; his sister Elizabeth Welch (Brian Schwartz); his niece Katherine; his nephew James Lykins; his stepmother Jane Welch; his brothers, John Welch (Kendra) and Charles Welch (Katie); his nieces, Charlee, Ellie and Charlotte; his close friend Samantha Mehney; his caregiver Karen Parks; Jerry Lykins, Will, Charlie, Mary and Elizabeth.
