He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Kuipers and Alida Kuipers. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Kuipers; his children, Jessica Kuipers and Eric Kuipers (Melissa); his grandchildren, Madelynn, Keanna and Syerrah; and his siblings, Robin Joyner, Terry and Gary Kuipers.
