He is survived by: his spouse Wilvina Vander Woude; his children, Verna Lubben, Beverly Rinzema (Ken), Donald Lubben and John Lubben (Helene); his grandchildren, Nathan Rinzema, Craig Rinzema, Keith Rinzema (Ashley), Donna Lubben, Toni Lubben, Andi Bautista (Mark), Jake Lubben and Luke Lubben; his great grandchildren, Alleah Rinzema, Paige Rinzema, Graham Rinzema and Rhea Bautista; and his sisters, Arlene Zwart, Elone Visscher and Jean Hanenburg.
