Wayne Colburn Gowalt Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on December 29, 2023, at the age of 79, Wayne Colburn Gowalt in Grand Rapids, Michigan, born in Greenville, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Gotwalt and Ida Gotwalt; and his brothers, Donald, Eugene and Gerald Gotwalt.
He is survived by: his wife Kerry Gotwalt; his daughters, Shelly Troyanowski (Mike) and Kim Tagliareni (Dan); his stepson Ray Flynn (Jenn); and his brothers, Gordon, Roger and Ron Gotwalt. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren.
In accordance with Wayne's wishes, cremation will take place after the service and he will be interred at Fort Custer National Cemetery. in lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to The Wyoming VA Clinic or to Corewell Health Hospice.
