He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kingma and Grace Kingma (Breuker); his wife Mary of Kingma's Market; and his siblings, Harvey, James, Edward and Betty (DeJonge).
He is survived by: his sons, Robert Kingma (Kae), Kenneth Kingma (Mary) and Todd Kingma (Betsy). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
