He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Arndt and Ruth Arndt (Dennis); and his niece Suzanne Jovin. He is survived by: his wife Jean Arndt (Downs); his children, Sandy Westendorp (Vince), Paul Arndt and Russell Arndt (Rebekah); his grandchildren, Andrea (Brandon Allard), Nick Westendorp, Katrina, Adalyn Arndt, Ben (Sage), Sam and Rachel Arndt; and his sister Donna Arndt Jovin. He is also survived by his sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, many nieces and nephews, and dear friends.
