He is survived by: his children, Tom Bylenga (Kay), Jill Birtles (Tom) and David Bylenga (Cheryl); his grandchildren, Kristen Siebert, Ryan Birtles, Nicole Goodale, Ashleigh Bylenga-Rugg, Emily Birtles and Trisha Bylenga; and his stepgrandchildren, Troy Crum and Jodi Beebe.
