With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William J. Burress (Grand Rapids, Michigan), who passed away on October 23, 2018 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Burress and Anita Burress; and his sister Helen Brent. He is survived by: his wife Bertina; his children, William L. (Shanan), Aaron, Jordan and Caleb Burress; his grandchildren, Laila and William; and his sisters, Bonita Kemp (Larry), Beverly Clay (Jerry) and Edith McCreary (Stephen). He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, cousins, friends, and special friend.
