He is survived by: his grandchildren, Brian, Jessica Kamstra, Joel, Maribeth Kamstra, Eric, Emily Kamstra, Sara, Mike Vander Woude, David, Rachael Veldkamp, Scott De Kock, William J. Kamstra and London C. Kamstra; and his siblings-in-law, David Holkeboer, Marty Voortman, Peg Bykerk, Mary Van Dyke and Gert Wolfert. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, colleagues and friends.
