She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Feathers and Louise Feathers; her husband Charles Thorpe; her son John Gallaway; and her sister Rosa Haigh.
She is survived by: her children, Brian L Thorpe and Brenda L Thorpe (Skinner); and her close friends, Carol, Harry and Kathleen. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
