He was predeceased by: his mother Laurie Bok. He is survived by: his father Tom (Jody Bok); his siblings, Andrew, Lindsay Bok (Blair), Aaron Bok and Abby (Michael VanderBrug); and his nieces and nephews, Keeley, Marigold Bok, Roslynn, Crosby and Norah VanderBrug. He is also survived by his loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
