She is survived by: her husband Gordon DeBaar (Punk); her children, Jeffrey DeBaar, Jodi Durham (Terry) and Dave DeBaar; her grandchildren, Shawn, Jacob (Samantha), Jeff (Mckenna), Jack, Casey, Jane (Chandler), Anna and Jenna; her great grandchildren, Emmary, Judah, Joanna, Margot, Remington and Kennedy; and her sister-in-law Sally Terrell.
In honor of Beverly and in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association.
