He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Gayle and Bonnie Gayle. He is survived by: his stepmother Janet Gayle; his sisters, Kelly Gayle (Derek) and Holly DeHaan (Jason); and his siblings' children, Noelle and Evan. He is also survived by extended family, friends.
