He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Bouma; his children, Rick Bouma (Kay), Sheri Preston (Dwight), Jeff Bouma (Cara) and Lisa Kaly (Anthony); his grandchildren, Mitch (Breanna), Josh, Joy (Ethan), Zach, Hope, Seth, Richard, Jarod, Brittany (Christian), Nick, Harper, Miles, John (Brooklyn), Angel (Mike) and April (Peyman); and his brother Phil Bouma. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
