He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Larry Steenwyk, Edward Eizel and Alice Eizel (Lehnert); and his aunt Mary Eizel. He is survived by: his grandmother Pearl Steenwyk (Berkenpas); his parents, Douglas Steenwyk and Catherine Steenwyk; his siblings, Esther Clack (Caleb) and James Steenwyk; and his aunts and uncles, Lisa Steenwyk, Lenal Czerniak (Larry), Peter Eizel, John Eizel and James Eizel.
In memory of Daniel and in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
