He was predeceased by: his parents, George and Enid; his brother Bill; and his sister-in-law Shirley. He is survived by: his wife Jackie; his children, Craig Thompson (Sonja), Shelly Hogue (Rick), Kris Weller (Jerry), Kathy Warner (Tony) and Gregg Warner (Hillary); and his brother Richard Thompson. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
