He was predeceased by: his parents, John Rouse and Maxine Rouse (Winters); his wife Thelma "Janis" Rouse; his daughter Kristi Joy Rouse; his granddaughter Kayla Jeanne Hills; and his siblings, Ella Fiskars, Paul Rouse, Ruth Simington and Maxine Hawkins.
He is survived by: his children, Karri McIntyre (Jack), Kirby Rouse (Joye) and Kelli Hills (Marvin); his grandchildren, Kristin Buskey (Jason), Adam McIntyre (Sarah), Jill Humme (Nate), Angela Weaver (John), Amanda Elenbaas (Mike), Jacob, Rachel Bartsch (Wyatt), Joshua, Zachary and Lauren Hills; his great grandchildren, Zachary, Brooklin, Alexa, Kendall Buskey, Alistair, Wesley McIntyre, Haleigh, Nolan, Sydney Weaver, Gwendolyn, Finnegan, Benjamin Humme, Odyn and Jada Elenbaas; and his siblings, Joyce Stevens (Martin), Stephen Rouse, Tim Rouse (Dawn) and Beth Rogers (Terry). He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, nephews, and friends.
