She was predeceased by: her parents, Harm Sitzema and Henrietta Sitzema. She is survived by: her children, Daniel Kooistra Jr. (Bird), Tammy Day (Keith) and David Kooistra (Merry); her grandchildren, Lloyd Cooper IV, David Kooistra Jr., Cole Kooistra and Marlena Kooistra; and her great grandchildren, Mason, River, Blayze and Ezra. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
