He was predeceased by : his daughter Ruth Rodriguez-Olvera; and his mother Emilia Diaz. He is survived by : his wife Altagracia Rodriguez; and his children, Josue Rodriguez, Francisco Rodriguez Jr., Samuel Rodriguez, Damaris "Dama" Rodriguez and Mayra Rodriguez. He is also survived by grandchildren; great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 21st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cook Memorial Chapel (East Building) (4235 Prairie St SW, Grandville, MI 49418). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, April 21st 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Cook Memorial Chapel (4235 Prairie St SW, Grandville, MI 49418). A burial was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Greenwood Cemetery.
