He is survived by: his children, Gary Cook Jr., Melissa Castillo and Robert Castillo; and his siblings, Carol Johnson, Bud Cook and Larry Cook (Butch). He is also survived by grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and many cousins, nieces, nephews, friends.
