He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Leversay and Pauline Leversay; his brother Randall Leversay; his in-laws, Marion, Helen Wine and Gregory Wine; and his cousins, Michael and Susan Purcell.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Leversay; his children, Monica, Chris Jones, Ben and Kali Leversay; his granddaughters, Lucy Dolphin-Leversay and Brooklyn Schlee; his sister Marilyn Leversay; his sister-in-law Terry Leversay; his cousins, Debbie, Dick Veersma, Sally, Doug Doering, David, Melanie Nebbeling, Rhonda, John Nebbeling, Vicky and Mark Nebbeling; and his nieces and nephews, Jonathan, Kim Wine, Courtney, Robert Leary and Lindsay Wine.
