He was predeceased by: his parents, Gunard Johnson and Esther Johnson; his siblings, Gloria Kaminski (Dick), Fred Johnson (Betty) and Marilyn Kryger (Jack); and his sister-in-law Martha Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Johnson; his brothers, Roger Johnson and Robert Johnson (Pat); his sister-in-law Marilyn Kryger; his children, Greg Johnson (Tonya), Bryan Johnson (Robyn), Debbie Sayer (John), Jackie Johnson, Audra Moore (Randy), Jason Hedlund (Kali), Jaiden Hedlund and Emmett Hedlund; his parents-in-law, Richard and Patricia Slagter; and his siblings-in-law, Henry Slagter (Christy), Rich Slagter (Donna), Bonnie Gerke (Mike), Dale Slagter (Kathy) and Brenda Shires (Kim). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
